CDSD Virtual Office Hours

Consumer Direct Care Network South Dakota (CDSD) is excited to be the new Agency with Choice (Family Support 360) provider for the South Dakota Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD). This means participants will transition from receiving services from their current Community Service Provider (CSP) to receiving services from CDSD. Their employees will also transition to being employed by CDSD.
To help you get ready for this change, we’re hosting virtual office hours. If you need assistance with the enrollment process, CDSD’s time entry systems, or another topic, we encourage you to attend.
Please note, these office hours are for current LifeQuest participants and their employees. They will transition to CDSD in August. Participants and employees with other CSPs will transition to CDSD later this year. In the coming months, we will announce office hours for participants and employees with other CSPs.
