DDD Agency with Choice Tour: Aberdeen

The Department of Human Services Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD) is hosting this tour to give Family Support 360 participants and families the opportunity to meet in person with Consumer Direct Care Network South Dakota (CDSD), the new Agency with Choice provider. At this session, DDD and CDSD will give a short presentation followed by a Q&A session. After that you’ll have the opportunity to receive live enrollment support from CDSD representatives.
